Conseil, Sourcing et identification spécifique du personnel qualifié à 

destination des Grands Chantiers Industriels (métiers de la métallurgie, du bâtiment,de l’agro-alimentaire de la pharmacie, de la cosmétique,

autre(s)…)

• Coordination logistique :

- suivi du planning de mobilisation et démobilisation, (de 20 à 200 per-sonnes selon les chantiers)

- prise en charge de l’organisation de la vie locale (logements,voiture..)

- EPI,

- transports,

-achat matériel.

• Gestion

suivi administraif du personnel : législation et inspection du travail, organisation des accès site selon les réglementations de sécurité des clients finaux)

 

 

• Consultant in Skilled Foreign Workforce Call out  :

Identification of skilled and certified resources, with a strong experience in the Large Scale Industrial Construction Projects within various markets (Metallurgy, Oil & Gas, Power, Nuclear, Food, Pharmaceutical and General Construction).

• Logistic Coordination :

- Monitoring of Mobilization / Demobilization Schedules and Costs (from 20 up 200 people depends sites)

- Accountable for Staff Accomodation, Local Transports and PPE

- Procurement of specific tools.

• Staff functional Manager

- Liaison with the local work Inspection Authority to obtain relevant Permit to work.

- Request and monitoring of Site accesses according to Country Laws & End Customer HSSE rules.
